Neapolitan Pizza is a softer style to it’s flatter, crispier cousins, and is loved for it’s chewy crusts and delicious flavour. Our dough is made on site daily using only 4 ingredients: flour, water, salt and yeast, and fermented for a minimum of 48 hours. Our pizzas are then stretched by hand, topped with authentic Italian ingredients and cooked for less than 90 seconds at 450c in our beautiful wood-fired oven all the way from Naples, the home of pizza. 

Although we serve a selection of soft drinks Double Zero is 'Bring Your Own' Alcohol, and a corkage charge of 10% will be charged to the bills of tables who drink their own beer, wine, or spirits. There is a convenient Co-Op Supermarket across the street from the restaurant which sells alcohol, as well as Carrington's Wine Merchants just a few doors down on Barlow Moor Road. 

Gluten Free Pizza bases are available on request, but we ask for at least 24 hours notice before your visit to make and proove the dough.
